1. DEFINITIONS OF TERMS

1.1. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, the following terms are used:

1.1.1. “Website Administration” – authorized employees responsible for managing the Website, who organize the processing of personal data, determine the purposes of processing, the scope of personal data to be processed, and the actions or operations performed with personal data.

1.1.7. “IP Address” – a unique network address of a node in a computer network built using the IP protocol.


2. SUBJECT OF THE PRIVACY POLICY

By using the Website or purchasing a service offered on the Website, as well as by answering the required questions in the registration form and/or during the purchase process, the User confirms that they give consent to the NGO “Center for Advanced Development” and its authorized representatives to process their personal data and also confirms that they are a legal adult.
